1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting, browsing, or completing a transaction on EZPICK ("the Website", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Strict Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Product Presentation, Specifications & Pricing

• Curated Catalog: All items showcased (including home utilities, lanterns, portable electronics, and essentials) are crafted and sourced with verified quality. While we use calibrated studio photography, subtle chromatic variations may occur depending on your screen's panel calibration.
• Currency & Tax Inclusivity: All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax authorities.
• Clerical Errors & Price Corrections: In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to an IT error, EZPICK reserves the right to cancel orders placed for said product and issue a full refund immediately.

3. Order Acceptance, Verification & Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute final contract acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product out of stock or warehouse inventory discrepancies.
• Suspected unauthorized bot, scalping, or commercial bulk-reselling activity.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where phone verification fails or addresses are unserviceable by logistics partners.

4. Promotional Codes & Loyalty Credits

Coupon codes, promotional vouchers, and store credits must be used in accordance with their designated terms. Only one promotional coupon may be applied per checkout transaction. EZPICK reserves the right to revoke promotional discounts if exploitation, code reverse-engineering, or fraud is identified.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website architecture, interactive models, typography selections, photographs, brand trademarks, logos, and proprietary code are the exclusive intellectual property of EZPICK and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India. Any unauthorized extraction, scraping, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Judicial Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, EZPICK's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of a purchased product shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific item.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising in connection with EZPICK (operated by SEDEPVISION INDIA LLP) shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
