1. Processing & Packaging Protocols
Every order placed on EZPICK is processed through a strict double-touch verification workflow:
- Pre-Dispatch Quality Inspection: Electronic gadgets and rechargeable lights undergo power-on, battery health, and accessory completeness checks; home and kitchen utilities are inspected for structural integrity.
- Thermal Barcode Serialization: A unique, tamper-evident thermal Code-128 barcode is affixed to each item prior to placement into our branded rigid luxury boxes.
- Tamper-Proof Courier Outer Bag: Parcels are packed in heavy-duty tamper-evident flyers. If the outer seal appears visibly torn, tampered, or resealed upon delivery, refuse the parcel immediately.
2. Pan-India Delivery Timelines
Transit timelines are calibrated based on official NimbusPost Multi-Courier Network SLA standards from the time of handover to the courier:

3. Shipping Tariffs
- Prepaid / Standard Orders (Under ₹999): Flat nominal logistics fee of ₹79.
- Complimentary Delivery (₹999 and above): 100% Free Shipping Pan-India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Processing: A ₹49 handling fee applies on COD orders to cover reverse verification and courier cash remittance overhead.
4. Live Milestone Tracking
The instant your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, an automated Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be transmitted to your registered mobile phone and email. You can monitor live transit checkpoints directly from your order tracking screen or via our carrier portal.
5. Return to Origin (RTO) Protocols
Carriers will attempt doorstep delivery up to three (3) consecutive times. If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or repeated cancellation of delivery appointments, the parcel will be marked Return-to-Origin (RTO). Re-dispatch of an RTO shipment may require a nominal re-delivery fee of ₹99.
